When you send an enquiry

DCBC receives the name, email, phone number, suburb, service selection and message you provide. If you use the estimator, its selected scope and budget can be included. We use these details to respond, clarify the work, prepare a quote and manage your request.

Sending this form does not sign you up to a marketing newsletter or take a payment. Please avoid sending passwords, gate codes or sensitive personal information in the message.

Referral accounts and shared links

Referrers provide account and contact details so DCBC can manage their referrals and commission records. Passwords are stored using Django's password hashing. A referrer may submit another person's contact details only with that person's permission.

If you arrive using a referrer's link, we retain the first valid referral code in your browser session for up to 30 days. A qualifying enquiry is linked to that referrer. For jobs submitted through a shared link, the referrer sees an anonymous job reference, service, progress and commission or payment status. Customer contact details and messages stay visible only to DCBC. For jobs a referrer submits themselves with permission, their dashboard also shows the details they supplied. DCBC staff can manage these records. Internal staff notes are not shown to referrers. Commission records include confirmed invoice amounts and payment references; bank account details are not requested on this website.

Cookies and page statistics

The site uses necessary session and security cookies and signed, random visitor identifiers for up to 30 days. These identifiers contain no name, email, phone number or IP address. They support consistent service-page versions and anonymous page statistics.

We record public page paths, service, allowed campaign tags, visit times, and clicks on call, WhatsApp, quote, estimate, referral signup and share controls. Successful enquiries and referrer registrations are counted on the server. Queries, referral codes, form contents, private account pages and raw IP addresses are not stored in the page statistics tables. Hosting access logs are handled separately by the server provider.

Reports are available to authorised DCBC administrators and help assess which shared pages lead to interest and enquiries. No third-party advertising or analytics scripts are loaded. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; this affects attribution and may affect forms and sign-in. Click counts measure interaction with a control and do not prove a call, conversation, booking or payment.

Access and questions

Contact info@dcbc.co.za to ask about your details, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed to manage an ongoing job or meet applicable obligations.

Prices and requests

Online prices are indicative ZAR amounts excluding VAT and are subject to the actual scope, condition, access and location. Your written quote sets out the charges and agreed terms. An enquiry or online estimate is not a booking, payment or service contract.
