COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CARE

Ready for use.
Kept in good shape.

Prepare a vacant unit, refresh worn finishes or clear the residue after building work. We bring property preparation, minor updates and maintenance cleaning into an agreed scope for your premises.

Offices may need floor and detail care before a handover. Restaurant service areas call for scoped degreasing; warehouses and industrial units need assessed non-hazardous dust, floor and loading-bay care. We plan around the property's condition, access and operating hours.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we
get started.

Have a project in mind?
Talk to us ↗

What types of properties do you specialise in?

Our focus is commercial property in Cape Town: offices, restaurants, warehouses, industrial units, retail and shared commercial premises. We work with landlords, tenants, brokers and property managers, with the work agreed for each site.

Can you help with a smaller office project?

Yes. Your project can be a layout change, a refreshed interior or preparation for a new tenant. Share the brief and we’ll agree the scope and next steps.

What does office white boxing include?

It means returning the space to the neutral condition agreed with your landlord. Removals, partition changes, repairs, painting and handover cleaning are scoped for each office. Electrical, HVAC and other specialist work are only included when specified in your written quote.

Can I get an instant price for a commercial project?

Office fitouts, property preparation and maintenance cleaning need a site-specific quote. The online estimator gives indicative pricing for selected maintenance tasks, excluding VAT. All work, access and pricing are confirmed in writing.

What does maintenance cleaning cover?

It addresses accumulated dust, grease and surface build-up through periodic floor, surface and detail care. It can also prepare premises after building work or before a tenant handover. We assess the materials, use and condition of the space, then agree the tasks, access and timing.
