We start with the condition of your premises and the outcome you need. The quote can combine preparation, practical updates, agreed clearance, minor maintenance and maintenance cleaning, with each task and any specialist work clearly identified.
Can you prepare a property between tenants?
Yes. Share the lease handover requirements and what must stay or go. We assess the space and quote the agreed clearance, making good, maintenance and final preparation for its next use.
Can you look after an occupied property?
Tell us how the premises operate, the areas needing attention and available access windows. We can scope planned upkeep and maintenance cleaning around those needs, with visit intervals agreed for the site.
Does sending a brief book the work?
No. We confirm availability, access, scope and the full written quote before you decide to book. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I combine this with other services?
