Structural alterations, electrical and data work, plumbing, ceilings, doors, glazing, painting and specialist acoustic or fire-rated systems are included only when specified in the quote. Landlord approvals and building requirements must be confirmed before work begins.

Can you change an existing office layout?
Yes. Share the current layout and the rooms you need. We assess existing partitions, services and access before quoting removal, new partitions and making good.
Can you quote a rate per square metre online?
Drywalling costs depend on partition height, board specification, doors, finishes, access and the existing building. We confirm these details before issuing a written project quote.
What about acoustic or fire-rated partitions?
Tell us the required specification and any landlord or professional design requirements. The proposed system and any specialist work must be agreed in the written scope before installation.
Does sending a brief book the work?
No. We confirm availability, access, scope and the full written quote before you decide to book. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I combine this with other services?
Yes. Tell us about your project, handover and ongoing property needs. Office fitouts, handover work and ongoing property care can be scoped together, with each part itemised in your proposal.
