Yes. A single prioritised list helps make the visit useful. We confirm what can reasonably fit into the booked time.
Can you handle a larger refurbishment?
DCBC also works on commercial fit outs and renovations. Send the brief for a separate project assessment and quote.
Is the estimate a confirmed booking?
No. We confirm availability, access, scope and the full written quote before you decide to book. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I combine this with other services?
Yes. Tell us about your project, handover and ongoing property needs. Office fitouts, handover work and ongoing property care can be scoped together, with each part itemised in your proposal.
