Can you paint an occupied office?
Share the spaces that must remain available and your operating hours. We assess practical phasing, protection and any out-of-hours requirements before agreeing the programme.
Do you include repairs and preparation?
We identify the preparation, minor repairs and coating system needed during assessment. Each item is included only as specified in the written quote.
Can you quote from a photo?
Photos and rough dimensions help us understand the brief. Surface condition, access and preparation may require a site assessment before we confirm a price.
Does sending a brief book the work?
No. We confirm availability, access, scope and the full written quote before you decide to book. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I combine this with other services?
Yes. Tell us about your project, handover and ongoing property needs. Office fitouts, handover work and ongoing property care can be scoped together, with each part itemised in your proposal.
